Okay, maybe just a little harder.
You will receive three personal training sessions each week. In addition to getting in shape, you will learn everything necessary to stay active after the conclusion of the program. GET RIPPED!
You will receive 12-weeks of ACT prep. Once a week, each session will generally last three hours. Scoring proficient for college admittance is guaranteed! YOU GOT IT!
We hope this program shows you that you really can do anything.
-High Intensity Interval Training gives the best bang for your buck (time)
-Sets/Reps geared to maximize muscle hypertrophy (growth)
-Consistently tracking / measuring our progress -- seeing is believing
-Safety is our number 1 priority
-We make sure ACTives have knowledge of the fundamental concepts
-We digitally track which specific types of questions are areas needing improvement
-We teach tips, tricks, and test taking strategies
-More than anything, though, we rely on working many practice problems and tests, as we have found this is the most effective way to improve your score

ACTiveU is currently accepting applications from 10th & 11th grade males. We hope to grow to larger audiences soon!
ACTiveU is a youth empowerment program providing athletic training and ACT test preparation to high school students free of charge.
ACTiveU meets three days a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a longer session on Sundays. The program lasts 12 weeks.
ACTiveU will assemble at MIT. Here we will have access to athletic facilities and classrooms.
You will have a great time learning and developing into everything you never knew you could be!

Note: All our mentors are trained in exercise safety and scored in the 99th percentile on the ACT or SAT.
